According to official confirmation from Wolverhampton Wanderers and AC Milan, striker Patrick Cutrone is now joining the Wolves attack.

The 21 year old Italian forward has spent 12 years in the Milan youth academy and first team. Despite his youth, Cutrone made 63 appearances for the club, netting 13 times.

With the striker position locked up for the foreseeable future at the San Siro after the emergence of Krzysztof Piątek, Cutrone decided to seek more playing time away from Milan.

Cutrone will now join an ambitious Wolves side that are currently in qualifying for Europa League. With established striker Raul Jimenez already in place leading the Wolves attack, it will be interesting to see how the promising Italian will factor into manager, Nuno Espirito Santo’s side.

With the permanent signings of Leander Dendoncker and Raul Jimenez as well as bringing in Jesus Vallejo on loan from Real Madrid, Wolves are looking to make a push for the top six this season. Will the signing of Cutrone put them over the top? Leave your thoughts below!
