Joe Hart set to Leave Turf Moor
Sean Dyche has informed Joe Hart that he is free to find regular first team football away from Turf Moor.
The former England international is now 32 years old and to improve his chances of a move Burnley have agreed to allow him to leave for nothing according to the Mail.
Hart has struggled in recent years and move to Lancashire in search of a career rebuild after a season in Italy with Torino. That career build got substantially harder when fellow English goalkeepers Nick Pope and Tom Heaton got fit and played well for Sean Dyche.
Hart is now third in the pecking order at Burnley and that does not look like changing anytime soon with the former Premier League winner eyeing up a switch abroad. Hart is considering a move to France with Lille a possible destination if reports are to be believed.
Joe Hart has had a career in the spotlight, being told at Shrewsbury Town he could play outfield at a good level or potentially be an elite ‘keeper. He decided to stay between the sticks and was picked up by Manchester City, then loaned to Birmingham City where he really starting making headlines with outstanding and consistent performances.
After returning to Manchester City he dislodged Shay Given and won a Premier League title, a consistent in the England team, it has all gone downhill for Hart of recent years with Pep Guardiola finishing his career in Manchester and now Burnley have decided against allowing Hart to fight for a spot.
A move across the channel away from English media and pressures may be the best for Hart and himself to enjoy the final years of his career and rebuild a reputation which has been somewhat shredded of recent seasons.
