Chelsea after rival’s Aaron Ramsey
Aaron Ramsey has been linked with a move away from Arsenal all summer long and Chelsea are the latest to enquire about the Welshman. According to the Mirror, arch-rivals Chelsea are willing to dish out £35m for the midfielder.
After just missing out of the signatures for Gonzalo Higuain and Mattia Caldara as well as being priced out for Daniele Rugani, Chelsea’s Italian Job had been busted. Now the Blues seek to pick out possible signings on a budget in order to avoid a ‘Conte-trastophy’ with new boss Maurizio Sarri. Aaron Ramsey may be the answer.
Like many of our followers and the rest of the football world, we ponder why these Ramsey rumours have not been set to bed. Aaron Ramsey has yet to agree a new deal with the Gunners which causes a reason for concern. Having only a year left, Ramsey might just run down his contract. New management, fresh look and new signings have made Arsenal attractive adding more to the question, Aaron Ramsey should be signed to a new deal, ASAP.
Arsenal aren’t in a position to lose stars, they simply can’t afford to replace a star midfielder. They have recently figured out their defensive issues causing them to use up most of their budget. So, if Chelsea were to make an offer to their rivals, fans be prepared for a deliberately complicated deal.
