Martinez urges Hazard to make move
According to Sky Sports, Belgium coach, Roberto Martinez has urged Chelsea forward Eden Hazard to consider leaving the club in order to further his career.
Hazard scored three goals for Belgium in the just ended FIFA World Cup in Russia including the second in Belgium’s 2-0 win against England in the third-place play-off while also providing two assists in the competition.
Hazard hinted after the victory over England that it might be time to move on and Martinez believes that he has the quality to play for the best teams in the world.
It could be the best time for Hazard to try something different,
Martinez told Spanish Radio Cadena Ser.
He is a player who is mature and has a lot of leadership.
His play is based on talent,
Martinez elaborated.
He [Hazard] could carry out a new project anywhere in the world, he’s at his best at the moment. He could fit in any team in the world.
Players need new challenges. Perhaps, it’s the right time for Eden Hazard and Chelsea to split.
I would be very surprised if Chelsea didn’t have big offers for him right now,
