Manchester United looking to snap up Faouzi Ghoulam
Manchester United are set to spend big money to sign Napoli left-back, Faouzi Ghoulam for £53 million, according to The Guardian.
Jose Mourinho sees his side 12 points behind fellow Manchester rivals City but the Red Devils have struggled in the last few weeks after losing 2-1 to high-flying Manchester City.
After the slip in form, December was a month when the United manager banged on about how he does not have enough money to spend but January could be a busy month for the Premier League side.
One player that could make a move to England is Napoli defender, Faouzi Ghoulam, as Mourinho is set to make a £53 million offer for the Algerian. The Portuguese manager also has PSG winger Lucas Moura and Barcelona’s Samuel Umiti in his wishlist.
Manchester United have apparently ‘opened talks with PSG’ for the Brazilian midfielder and are set to bid £50 million for the French defender Samuel Umiti as they prepare to finish as high as possible in the Premier League.
