Serie A giants Inter Milan are considering making a move for England and Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge, according to Tuttosport.

The former Chelsea and Manchester City man has grown out of favour with Manager Jurgen Klopp this season and as a result, has been short of game time. This has sparked the pacey forward to consider leaving Anfield in order to get some regular first team football.

Klopp will agree to allowing one of his fringe strikers leave this window, out of Sturridge or Danny Ings. But it is Sturridge who is attracting the interest and could be about to leave the club he joined back in 2013 for a fee of 12 million pounds from Chelsea

Meanwhile, the Nerazzuri are looking for reinforcements up front and with current striker Eder rumoured to be leaving the club, their could be a space for Sturridge to come in and compete.

The Mirror go as far to say that the 28-year old has ‘offered himself’ to the Italian side in his desperation to make his next move. He believes that with it being a World Cup year, that if he can enjoy a good second half to the season he could do enough to warrant a return to the England setup and make the trip to Russia this summer.
