Rose has reportedly been considering his future at White Hart Lane for some time and would be keen on facing a new challenge in his career.
The 27-year old former Leeds man has gained plaudits recently by becoming one of the best left sided full backs in the game. United Manager Jose Mourinho is thought to be one of his strong admirers.
Chelsea Manager Antonio Conte is also searching for reinforcements in that area to compete with Marcos Alonso, with the added games they face playing this season.
Spurs though, remain adamant that Rose is not for sale and will be staying at the Club. Yet to open their account in the transfer market so far this window, the Club are keen to get signings in and will refuse to even listen to interest in their own players.
There has also been interest from Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain, who are looking to build an empire with big money signings.
