Real Madrid have targeted a re-signing of striker Alvaro Morata this summer with the Juventus man struggling to hit the form he found last season in the Champions League voyage of last season.
The 23-year-old forward has been watched by Premier League clubs in Liverpool and Manchester United and the two clubs could sign Morata from Real Madrid should the La Liga giants trigger the buy back clause in the Spaniards contract.
The possibility of Madrid signing Morata for the same price they sold him for two seasons ago appeals to the club with then a sell on to another club at a large profit for Real Madrid.
According to Marca the deal would be done quickly with the European Championships this summer and should Jose Mourinho take over at Old Trafford the former Chelsea manager has already highlighted the appeal of Morata as a target player.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp denied reports from BBC regarding the future of Daniel Sturridge saying he has not seen anything to suggest the former Manchester City forward wants to leave Anfield, however, the German understands the need for goals to get Liverpool up the Premier League table.
